This is a rare and extremely exciting opportunity to supercharge your real estate career by working in the corporate team of a highly regarded, industry dominating real estate brand! 

Due to recent growth and expansion our client is expanding their support and service delivery team and are seeking an experienced real estate sales professional to join their high performing, supremely successful corporate team as a Sales Performance Specialist / Business Development Executive

This is an incredible opportunity to work alongside the country's most established and highly regarded real estate professionals. This role will work closely with the CEO and local network to assist with the performance of their business by developing and implementing growth strategies through effective leadership and coaching. 

Our client is seeking an individual who has previous real estate sales experience. You must be a results-driven, goal oriented individual who thrives on working towards and exceeding targets and KPIs. Our client is looking for a fantastic communicator who has a proven track record of driving effective change with accountability and critical conversations. You will have an energetic and positive personality that you can inject into our wider network as you coach and develop our local businesses to drive performance and growth. 

Auctioneer accreditation is advantageous.

The Role… 

  • Build and maintain relationships with state business leaders (principals);
  • Assist principals with the skills development of their sales team and business/structural improvements; 
  • Build relationships with sales agents and assist with their training and development;
  • Recruit and attract sales people to the groups franchised businesses
  • Planning and delivery of the state training calendar including driving attendance to events; 
  • Assist with the national training calendar and sessions as requested from time to time; 
  • Delivery of ‘Journey programmes’ ie. SAF programme with Group Head of Performance; 
  • Delivery of Special Projects ie. Pathways program with National Special Programs Director; 
  • Drive the growth of sales teams recruitment & employment, eg: sales associates etc for our businesses, including organising our recruitment evenings; 
  • Have a good understanding of the One System including Pulse, VaultRE and NurtureCloud in particular; and 
  • Report key performance growth indicators as per National Performance Department. 
  
To succeed in this role, you will have.. 
  • Experience as a real estate sales professional; 
  • Auctioneer accreditation is an advantage; 
  • A proven record of driving effective change with accountability and critical conversations; 
  • The ability to prioritise and manage multiple and competing tasks and deadlines; 
  • Demonstrated success in developing a team culture; 
  • High level personal presentation; 
  • Excellent communication skills; 
  • Effective relationship management skills; 
  • The ability to deliver on challenging targets, goals and objectives;
  • A focused, driven and motivated personality; 
  • An energetic and positive attitude; 
  • Be process driven with a strong attention to detail; 
  • Possess a strong work ethic; 
  • High level problem solving skills; 
  • Highly technically proficient and comfortable with new technologies;
  • A willingness to learn; and 
  • The ability to work well within a team environment.
