The role:
- Conduct open homes for prospective tenants
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Guide applicants through the leasing process, from initial contact to lease signing.
- Process lease applications, conduct credit and background checks, and verify rental history.
- Coordinate move-in logistics, including inspections, lease signings, and key exchanges.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet leasing standards.
- Work within the New Business Team
- Conduct Ingoing Condition reports
- Assist in writing advertisements
- Property preparation for new business e.g. arranging cleaners etc.
- Arranging photo shoots
You:
- Have a background in real estate, customer service or retail and thrive in a busy work environment
- Enjoy being on the road and interacting with clients
- Have a passion for learning and assisting others
- Must have or be able to obtain current Certificate of Registration prior to starting work
- Must have own reliable car, current driver’s license
- Are well-presented, efficient, organised and dependable
Skills required:
- Great communicator (in person, phone, and emails)
- Confident and safe driver
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- A professional and pleasant phone manner
