The Role
As RFBI’s Corporate Services Manager, you'll work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to oversee our financial management and reporting functions. This key leadership position involves:
- Managing financial operations and reporting
- Providing strategic financial insights
- Leading and building the capability of the Administration and Finance departments
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and effective controls
- Leading financial reporting and analysis
- Managing budgeting and forecasting processes
- Government reporting and assisting in securing new funding
- Development and review of financial policies and procedures
- Driving continuous quality improvement
Ideal Candidate
- Someone who is preparing to step up into a CFO role in the next 2-3 years
- Tertiary qualification in Finance or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant professional accounting experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- CPA Australia or Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia CA membership
