Bourke and District Children's Services (BDCS) is a not-for-profit organisation in western NSW dedicated to providing comprehensive childcare and educational services. BDCS operates a Childcare Centre, Preschool, Mobile Play Sessions, and Before and After School Care, ensuring accessible and quality early childhood education and care for the community.

BDCS is seeking a full-time Corporate Services Manager based in Bourke, NSW.

In this role, reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration portfolio and leading a professional team to ensure high-quality corporate support.

To qualify, you will need a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role along with excellent written communication skills. Candidates will ideally hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field. This role will suit someone with significant experience within a highly regulated sector, such as childcare, government, or community organisations.

Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:

• Experience in human resource management
• Understanding of grants and the regulatory environment
• Experience in developing business plans and risk management systems
• Experience leading a team

As our ideal candidate, you will possess strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexibly and responsively. You should have a burning desire to see Remote and Aboriginal communities succeed and demonstrate a proactive and solution-focused attitude. As such candidates with experience working with Aboriginal communities will be highly considered.
