The primary focus of this newly-created role is to manage delivery of Admin and IT initiatives, however every day will look different when you’re supporting our people to achieve successful outcomes.
The opportunity
Reporting to the Associate: Business and Systems Improvement Manager, you will directly influence our operational efficiency and overall success by:
- Managing delivery of Business Administration and supervising a team of admin staff
- Administering IT support and projects, in partnership with our external IT provider
- Providing Executive Administration Support to the Board
- Being able to work autonomously, think on your feet and pivot where necessary
About you
To succeed in this role you will:
- Have 5+ years’ leadership experience, managing staff and driving initiatives for positive business outcomes
- Focus on people, setting the tone for exceptional service delivery, continued innovation and quality relationships
- Be open to continuous learning and able to quickly grasp new concepts
- Enjoy autonomy, variety and problem solving
- Possess clear and confident communication skills
- Effectively manage priorities and deadlines
- Hold intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams
- Be experienced and confident navigating Windows 10 and 11
- Be able to travel to our other offices
- Hold an open Driver’s Licence
