AddressOnTalent is delighted to be partnering with a State Government department for the recruitment of an interim contract role for a highly experienced Corporate ServicesExecutive Director with significant organisational design and change capability.
The objective of this temporary contract is to step into an existing Corporate Services review and take this review to completion. The scope of this Corporate Services Review includes:
- Review the current operating model in place. This includes analysing performance, service delivery and co-ordination of Corporate Services functions, as well as the interface between divisions
- Develop a strategic vision for Corporate Services and implement a wide-range of reforms and program management strategies and methodologies across Corporate Services functions to execute this vision
- Develop responsibility protocols between central services and business areas
- Recommend potential target operating models for Corporate Services incorporating advice regarding centralised and decentralised models
To achieve success, your strategic acumen, with an affinity for dealing with complex stakeholders should be clearly evident. You should possess the ability to navigate complexity within a public administration setting and clearly demonstrate a track record in driving reform.
It is highly preferred that you have experience in reviewing operating models at a corporate/enterprise-wide level and have capability in providing advice regarding centralised/decentralised functions.
