Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Establishing business plans, providing consultative analysis, and conducting quarterly reviews.
- Monitoring business plans alongside monthly revenue targets, forecasts, and customer objectives.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular client contact and communications with global Account Managers and internal teams.
- Working closely with clients and in-house operations to ensure a consistent and SLA-driven service delivery
- Continual review of the customer value proposition to ensure retention and success with re-tenders
- Effectively demonstrate the companies operating and analytical tools at the client level.
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated success in a client experience/account management role in the Corporate Travel industry
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Budgeting, forecasting, and sales reporting experience
- Sound attention to detail and time management
- Driven and resilient with the ability to self-manage and prioritise
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, familiarity using a CRM system, and ability to adapt to new software programs.
