The team currently has two Directors, a consultant (casual), a senior lawyer, 2 lawyers and various support staff
You will have proven ability with corporate, commercial and business law work.
You will act for small to medium enterprises, banks, financial institutions, private health funds, not for profit organisations and government agencies in corporate and commercial transactions.
Matters include acquisition and disposal of businesses and shares, corporate governance, commercial contracts, commercial negotiation and company law & advising directors.
On offer is a relaxed and friendly team, quality work and hands on exposure to Partners and clients. If you are located on the North Shore this will mean a short stroll to work or you can use your own dedicated parking spot.
