In this role, you'll: Working as part of the Network Maintenance Cooridor Maintenance Services team this role will see you plan, coordinate and manage multi-discipline programs focusing on vegetation maintenance and Civil Earth Works in line with Sydney Trains' annual program of work. This is a project management-focused role where you will manage project scope, cost, schedule, risk, quality and change controls which also includes driving the Project Change Request (PCR) process. About you You will have a solid background in project management, contract management and scope writing. You will ideally come from working in a large organisation or facilitiies maintenance area and have an understanding of routine maintenance management to allow you to coordinate the access for contractors to deliver works. Your contract management skills will be excellent as will your ability to engage with and negotiate with stakeholders both internal and external. This role requires management of large program of works and as such you will be an expert at forward planning by identifying requirements and developing and delivering scope of works. Your significant experience managing and delivering multi-discipline programs of work in a complex operational environment (inclusive of vegetation maintenance, Civil Earthworks and Drainage), and utilising Project Management Methodologies, reporting and tools (such as Power BI, Tableau and SAP), is your key to an interesting role where you’ll be continuously challenged and learn new things.
