HealthPathways Program Coordinator

Location | Flexible – Armidale, Erina, Newcastle, or Tamworth 
Hours | Full-time (1.0FTE, 38 hours/week)

Annual full-time equivalent salary | $89,352 - $97,189 + super + salary packaging + salary increase 1 July 2024*

About the role

The HealthPathways Program Coordinator is responsible for engagement strategies and documentation of policies and procedures across both the Central Coast and Hunter New England HealthPathways programs. The Program Coordinator will also participate in content development, reviews, service mapping, and resource updates, as directed by the HealthPathways Manager and Lead Clinical Editor and utilise the HealthPathways Administration System (DOT) to undertake their role. The ongoing development and maintenance of key collaborative relationships is key to this role.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in a health-related industry (e.g. nursing, allied health or health management) or relevant broad experience in a range of health care settings.
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to develop and maintain relationships with a broad range of stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability in project management, including initiating, planning and executing successful outcomes in a timely manner.  
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively to develop, implement and maintain written policies and procedures. 
  • Experience in engagement activities and demonstrated ability to engage with the primary care sector.
  • Ability to work independently, set objectives and meet these within appropriate timeframes

Additional Information

*Salary: This role is classified as I-M within our Enterprise Agreement and the rate will be dependent on skills and experience/qualifications, new appointments will be made between I-K. All EA covered employees will receive a 4.1% salary increase from 1 July 2024.

The current PHN policy requires employees to have received 3 Primary doses of an approved COVID-19 Vaccination.
