AddressEMA Labs is a boutique Australian private and white label contract manufacturer for the personal, and home care industry. We are dedicated to excellence in providing sustainable, natural products. We seek a motivated formulations expert to join our growing team in working with us to create products for our amazing brands.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sourcing and ordering of high-quality ingredients, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery to meet project timelines.
- Assisting in developing new formulations and supporting the lab's day-to-day operations. Including weighing, mixing, and conducting preliminary stability tests.
- Prepare laboratory-scale batches of products for customer samples and various tests.
- Assist with customer requests for formulation and regulatory information.
- Establishing production procedures and specifications for new products.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team member eager to contribute to creating skincare and haircare solutions. Initially, this will be a part-time role on a casual basis moving to a fulltime role for the right person.
Requirements:
- Degree in Science or Chemistry, or a Diploma in Personal Care Formulation.
- Students that are keen to commence a career in Cosmetic Formulations are welcome to apply.
Pay rate is commensurate of knowledge and experience.
