About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced and friendly Cosmetician who is passionate about makeup and beauty services in a high-pace and high-pressure environment.

We are looking for the right candidate who is enthusiastic and knows how to provide exceptional customer service.  You will be helping customers with various make-up trends and educating customers on features and benefits of our product range which includes Revlon, L’oreal, Maybelline, Nude By Nature and many more.

You will be a team player working alongside other Beauty Advisors to provide our customers exceptional knowledge and service whilst working to meet our targets and KPIs 

Other tasks such as store presentation and catalogue setup will also be required

About You:

• Certificate or Diploma Beauty/Make up artistry (highly desirable but not essential)
• Industry experience
• Excellent Makeup skills and the ability to create many different looks
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales results and provide excellent customer service
• Reliable, punctual and enthusiastic work ethic
• Adaptability and willingness to work as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• A warm, approachable and empathetic nature
• Ability to show initiative and work with limited supervision
• The ability to sell across the 3 categories of Makeup, Skincare and Fragrance
• The ability to grow and develop the cosmetic category through events and promotions
• The ability to achieve and exceed budgeted sales targets and grow the makeup category
