Job Description
The Cost Analyst will be responsible for:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information and advice to management on the financial contribution of various procedures.
- Participate and meaningful add value to the clinical government team, projects and committee meetings.
- Maintain the clinical costing platform to record and allocate costs in line with cost allocation models.
- Document costing model assumptions and methodology.
- Engage with users of the clinical costing data to improve their knowledge of the system.
- Provide reports to external and internal stakeholders.
- Translate to PPM2 from idiom and maintain the costing system.
- Identity data errors and subsequently correct them in a timely manner.
- Develop dashboards that reflect accurate and up-to-date data.
The successful candidate will meet the following:
- Relevant higher education qualifications (Accounting or Business Analytics)
- Experience in a similar role
- CPA / CA (desirable)
- JavaScript development
- Proven experience in the implementation of clinical costing applications
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills
- MS SQL Server and reporting services knowledge
- Knowledge Qlikview or other Business intelligence software
