The Relational Institute Australia (TRIA) is an RTO offering bespoke education and counselling services.Our student clinic offers services to the community for reduced fee rates and is staffed by 10-20 students on placement. Our brand aligns with a relational approach, which values a persons sense of connection to self, others, and to our shared place in the world. It encourages increased awareness of being “at home’ in embodied experience, ability to be responsive to other people, and a recognition of our interdependence with the natural world.
Qualifications & experience
- Diploma of counselling or community services, Client assessment experience preferable, Managing online booking system,Experience multitasking and working autonomously.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Intake of counselling clients via phone assessments,Management of online booking system, Developing operations procedures, Liaising with clinic stakeholdersPromotion of services and community networking, Developing marketing content, Reporting to CEO.
