About the role:
Are you passionate about helping others navigate life's challenges and achieve personal growth? We are seeking a compassionate and experienced full-time Counsellor to join our team and provide invaluable support to our staff. If you are a skilled listener with a strong background in counselling techniques and a dedication to empowering individuals, we want to hear from you!
Duties:
- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to address a range of mental health and emotional issues.
- Develop personalised treatment plans based on employee's needs, goals, and strengths.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in counselling to enhance effectiveness and quality of care.
- Offer guidance and resources to our employees to promote self-care, resilience, and well-being.
Skills and Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in counselling, or a related field;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in counselling or a related role, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
Salary
$70 000 per annum excluding superannuation
