Your new job includes
The Counter Manager works within the team that helps support and lead a team of brand ambassadors that represent a beauty brand. You will lead by example and ensure the team facilitates an exceptional level of customer service within the perfume and cosmetics categories. We have an exciting opportunity for Counter Manager positions in Tom Ford and Estee Lauder.
As a Counter Manager you will
- Experience in working within the luxury perfume and cosmetics or skin care industry.
- Have experience in achieving outstanding sales.
- The proven ability to coach and motivate a team.
- Have experience working in a team environment and building good working relations.
- Have passion and enthusiasm for the brand and the perfume and cosmetics category.
- A minimum of 2 years retail experience within a perfume and cosmetics brand.
What you should bring along
- Previous experience within retail
- A passion for delivering an exceptional customer service experience
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Strong communication skills
- Multi-lingual advantageous, but not essential
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
