We are looking for passionate, natural beauty ambassadors to become one of our Jurlique Stars.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Counter Manager to lead the daily operations in a Part-Time capacity at our Bondi David Jones Counter.
You will conquer the role by taking on the leadership responsibilities, inspiring our customers, focus on delivering exceptional customer service to help your counter succeed. You will have the ability to build a loyal customer base through the creation of on counter strategies and initiatives; whilst maintaining a memorable experience for all customers.
As a Counter Manager, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Counter Manager and successfully leading a high performing team;
- A strategic thinker with strong financial & business acumen with demonstrated experience in achieving financial targets and goals;
- A strong ability to drive results to maintain KPI's and re-booking of therapy clients for events;
- An operational mindset and experience in stock control, visual merchandising and overseeing daily operations.
- Be excited by coaching and developing your team to acheive sales and education goals.
- Have a customer first mindset to keep the Jurlique values and culture aligned.

Our ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Retail Management or more importantly industry experience within Retail, Beauty Therapy or Cosmetics.
