EVT, Australia's premier Entertainment, Leisure and Hospitality group, is searching for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to take on the challenging role of Coupa IT Administrator, reporting to the GM, Group Business Technology.
The EVT group operates brands such as Event Cinemas, Greater Union, BCC Cinemas, GU Filmhouse, Moonlight Cinemas, Rydges Hotels & Resorts, QT Hotels & Resorts, Atura Hotels & Lylo Hotels.
About the Role
The Group Business Technology team aims to provide outstanding customer focused IT support to the business.
Some of the key functions of the role include –
- Support & maintenance of the Coupa Spend Management system
- Managing Master Data Integrations
- Version Release Management
- Involvement in audit compliance reviews (internal & external)
- Ensuring the Coupa platform meets EVT policy requirements
- Staff Training
- Production and maintenance of system documentation
About You
The role will suit someone who has experience supporting the Coupa Spend Management Platform in an enterprise environment.
To be considered for this role you'll need to:
- Be at ease with handling high levels of detail where required.
- Enjoy working in a team and be reliable with an enthusiastic approach to work.
- Be confident in raising issues that need remediation in a manner that is constructive and considerate of other perspectives.
- Be a pro-active and responsible self-starter with strong customer orientation.
- Possess good problem resolution, analytical and decision making skills.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
