AddressWe are currently seeking an OpsGenie Administrator. You will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of the OpsGenie incident management platform.
Requirements
- Prior experience as an OpsGenie Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of OpsGenie administration, including user management, on-call rotations, and integrations.
- Experience in configuring and customizing OpsGenie workflows and escalation policies.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to incident management and alerting.
- Knowledge of ITIL incident management processes and best practices.
- Experience with integrations between OpsGenie and other monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Any relevant certifications in OpsGenie administration would be a plus.
