An exciting opportunity is available for experienced candidates interested in a position as a Courtesy Bus Driver. The primary requirement for this position is to have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a responsible approach to transporting our patrons, and a consistent focus on safety. The candidate should be committed to exceeding customer expectations, maintain a friendly and positive attitude, and courteously interact with members and guests.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Open C class driver's licence
Good knowledge of Currumbin and the surrounding areas
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with a range of different people
Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
A solutions-focused mindset and the skills necessary to troubleshoot problems as needed
A great work ethic with an honest and genuine approach to getting the job done
Key Responsibilities:
To ensure the Club Vehicles are maintained in a clean & tidy manner and refuelled as required and at the completion of shifts
To assist reception team members with bus bookings via phone or online system
To pick up and drop off customers in a timely manner in accordance with CRSL Policy in relation to geographical parameters
To assess customer requirements and if deemed necessary assist with the entry on to, or exit from the vehicle
Report any concerns regarding the safety and security of our patrons to security and/or management personnel. This includes reporting suspected intoxicated patrons.
To be responsible for the prompt payment of any infringements incurred when driving the Courtesy Bus.
All other duties as reasonably directed by Management.
