We’re looking for an energetic and outgoing person, with terrific team spirit to join our busy Hobart Branch.

The successful applicant will:

• Be the first friendly face of the company for our clients
• Transfer customers between the airport terminal and the office
• Assist customers with boarding and alighting the shuttle bus
• Load/unload customer’s luggage to/from the shuttle bus
• Liaise with shuttle bus dispatch call centre to ensure maximum route efficiency
• Ensure the safety of passengers and self at all times whilst on duty – including the safe loading of passengers and luggage
• Follow all road laws and speed limits
• Work as part of a diverse team

The role requires the following skills/attributes:

• Excellent customer service skills.  You are the first person our clients will meet - you need to make a lasting impression
• Exceptional presentation and personal grooming
• Outstanding attention to detail
• A team player with the ability to work a flexible, rotating roster
• A full driver's license
