Ocean Dynamics is a small family owned and operated marine tourism and events company with 19 years of experience in providing 5-star marine services in the Whitsunday region.
We are currently seeking 2-3 amazing Water-based Team Members. Part-Time and Full-Time Positions available in the Whitsundays to join our team as we ramp up to our peak season in the coming months and commence exciting new tour offerings in 2024 and beyond.

Spend some days zipping around the Whitsundays taking people on guided Jet Ski tours. Enjoy the sun and ocean in this amazing part of the world. Other days you will assist in operational support, or working as deckhand/snorkel guide on our fleet of vessels.
Previous experience in a similar role as watersports tour guide, Jet Ski tour guide etc will be highly regarded.
If you hold a coxswains or skippers qualifications that is also highly regarded.
Are you a team player, who is keen to work with a young, dynamic team?

Desired skills & qualifications:
- Coxswains and/or Jetski & recreational Boat license
- MED2
- Current first aid
- Extensive experience on Jet Skis (recreational is OK)
- Experience driving single screw 6-8m RIBs with 200-300hp motors
- Dive Instructor or Dive Master qualifications
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience with 5 star hospitality services is a plus
- Love the ocean and is willing to learn about the Whitsundays and its ecosystem
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer relation skills
- A positive can do attitude
- Computer skills in Word and Excel
- Experience in maintaining paperwork and compliance with AMSA (and other) legislation

About Us
Ocean Dynamics owns and operates a fleet of vessels, ranging from 88 ft to 30 ft (including motor vessels, sailing vessels and jet-propelled vessels). You will be delivering great guest experiences and working with our guest services team to provide 5 star marine tourism services.
We are seeking team members that can give us a long-term commitment and we can give the same with rewarding training and development opportunities for those who excel.
All positions involve day and evening work to deliver amazing guest experiences and you will be required to work weekends and public holidays.
