Cardio Respiratory Sleep is part of the Clinical Integration Solutions Group, a well-established, integrated private medical specialist group providing sleep and respiratory services (Cardio Respiratory Sleep) together with cardiac and vascular diagnostic imaging and clinical services (Cardio Vascular Services). About the role

Our clinical therapy team is expanding and the demand for personalised, effective therapy is growing. The CRS team is seeking a supportive, contributive team member to deliver high quality sleep therapy solutions in order to optimise our patients’ outcomes. These include (but not limited to), CPAP therapy and positional therapy. CRS are looking to fill two roles; one will be based from our Inglewood clinic and the other will be based between our Nedlands and Murdoch clinics, effectively managing the ongoing care and follow-up of CRS patients undertaking therapy with a focus on delivering an excellent patient experience. 

You may be required to work from other centrally located clinics occasionally. You will also contribute to performing home-based sleep studies on occassion as required.

 Skills and experience

  • Previous experience in retail sales or marketing, customer care and communication is essential.
  • Experience working in a healthcare related field is highly desirable
  • A tertiary qualification in a health sciences discipline is highly desirable, but not essential. 
  • Pride in the quality and accuracy of their work with a very high attention to detail
  • A commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • A high level of initiative and problem solving ability, with willingness to improve service
  • A professional, friendly and calm manner
  • A commitment to working in a small team
  • A current Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle.
