Crane Site Supervisor

Boom Logistics have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused Crane Site Supervisor to join our team at our Singleton operations on a full-time basis. 

Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate safety requirements to all employees
• Ensure understanding of safety policies 
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Ensure contract and preferred hire arrangements for the customer are met
• Work alongside the Fleet Controller to ensure assets utilisation targets are met
• Providing supervision to the workforce by promoting high morale through recognition 

Role Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Crane Supervisor
• Formal lift supervision training is highly desirable. 
• Hold a current High-Risk Licence with Rigging and or Crane operating.
• Previous experience as a supervisor within shutdown operations, mining construction and maintenance work.
• Demonstrated ability to manage safety.
• Demonstrated experience with managing customers.
• High level interpersonal skills.
