This person will play a pivotal role in overseeing a dynamic team of writers, strategists, and designers. You will be responsible for providing critical feedback, managing timelines, and supporting the creative direction to ensure the successful execution of projects. Your role will involve onboarding new clients, managing them through the project process, and acting as the primary liaison between clients and our internal team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee team of writers, strategists, and designers - providing critical feedback, managing timelines, and supporting creative direction.
- Onboard new clients and manage them through the project process.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the internal team, as an Account Manager.
- Report directly to Niamh, INFIX Founder.
- Manage both internal team members and external contractors.
- Be actively engaged during client meetings, internal discussions, and presentations.
- Present projects to clients and work alongside the internal team to prepare for presentations.
- Work alongside the accounts team to handle billing and milestone checking.
- Handle conflict resolution internally and externally when necessary.
- Support in the implementation of internal systems and operations to enhance efficiency.
Experience & Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or advertising.
- Previous agency experience is preferred.
- Background in creative, communications, or strategic fields.
- Must be based in the Gold Coast.
- Full-time availability.
