- Proven project management, planning, and organisational capabilities.
- Agency experience spanning 2-3 years, demonstrating a track record of successfully overseeing multiple projects with varying priorities, budgets, timelines, and client engagements.
- Exposure to shopper / promotional marketing will be viewed favourably, but not essential
- Intrinsic self-motivation, capable of operating independently with guidance from your Account Director.
- Proficiency in fulfilling client expectations and requirements.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Competence in managing a diverse array of internal and external relationships..
- Excellent communicator and team player
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced work setting with a supportive team culture
