We first opened our doors in Melbourne back in 2009 and during these 13 trips around the Sun, we've since expanded to over 200 stores across 13 countries.
Starting out as #stationeryaddicts, we've broadened our obsessions to much more than just stationery. From homewares to tech gear, hot gifts to craft supplies, desk essentials to boredom busters, we've got the goods to help vibe check your entire everyday life.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Typo team as a Creative Coordinator. We are looking for someone who is motivated to support our team with the administration and coordination of all pre and post production aspects of photoshoots for the brand. Some key responsibilities will include talent and location sourcing, invoice management, shoot day support to ensure the day runs smoothly, admin tasks, and communication with stakeholders regularly (+ more!). If you love organisation, working with people across departments and you're looking for a career and opportunity to develop in the creative photoshoot and content world then apply within!
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a similar Coordinator/Administration role is preferred but not essential
- A graduate or previous shoot experience who has a passion for product and styling.
- Proven ability in being proactive with the ability to problem solve
- Ability to take initiative, remain solutions focused and work autonomously
- Strong, organisation, planning and time management skills
- Motivated and an ability to meet project deadlines
- Excellent emailing skills with the ability to communicate effectively between team and leaders while developing and maintaining strong relationships with external vendors and agencies is essential.
