The position.At Bank’d we believe in educating kids (and even parents) by creating a fully immersive, wholistic financial education experience suited for 6 years to 16 years old. We are looking for an Executive Assistant to assist the Founder and his team with building this new and exciting business from the ground up. The role will be fast paced and exciting and no two days will be the same.
We are looking for a candidate with high energy levels, integrity, discretion, and attention to detail. Strong organisational and follow-through skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in various office software products and ability to learn new software as we roll out and grow the business.
Handling income and outgoing calls for the Founder.
Reviewing and drafting correspondence.
Preparing and coordinating presentations and reports.
Researching and preparing materials.
Attending meetings, taking minutes, and following through on actionable items.
Liaising with key management and key stakeholders.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
Data entry and reconciliation of accounts.
As business grows there are opportunities to grow with the business and become a key person within the management team and also within the owners group of companies.
