About the RoleWe are looking for a Creative Designer to join our Marketing team. The Creative Designer will design and produce marketing assets that will become key conversion points in the customer journey, ensure consistency of the Fivecast brand and drive creative excellence across all Marketing channels. If you have a flair for creating visually compelling content and a knack for design, we want you on our team! You will be an experienced graphic designer adept at both print and digital design, with a great portfolio showcasing your exceptional creative skills.This position will be a key role in the global marketing team, supporting all marketing functions to drive awareness, lead generation and revenue growth for Fivecast through excellence in creative design.
Responsibilities
- Execute the overall creative direction for the Fivecast brand, ensuring that all creative aligns with our brand values and strategic objectives.
- Uphold brand guidelines rigorously, maintaining consistency and the highest level of quality across all touchpoints.
- Develop visually appealing collaterals and visualisations to convey complex information effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to come up with creative design concepts based on thought leadership content, product releases, campaigns and other marketing projects.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, innovations, and industry best practices.
- Design & create marketing assets (print & digital) to be distributed across a range of marketing channels including but not limited to:
- Paid social (digital ads) & media publication ads
- Organic social assets
- Diagrams, graphics & infographics
- Videos & Gifs
- Website assets
- Emails and landing pages
- Sales pitch decks and proposal docs
- Event signage & booth branding
- Merchandise
- Marketing & Sales assets: brochures, flyers, industry briefs, case studies, white papers, etc.
- Maintain and enhance all Fivecast branded templates including Powerpoint templates, InDesign content templates, etc.
- Work with creative & web agencies to execute on projects as required.
- Australian citizen
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or equivalent
- 2-6 years' experience in a graphic design role
- Adobe Creative Cloud suite experience across applications like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, or InDesign
- Competency across Microsoft programs: specifically, in designing and creating impactful slide decks using PowerPoint or similar software.
- Exceptional visual design capabilities, with a sharp eye for typography, colour and layout
- Practical skills in digital, print and graphic design with a great portfolio and a broad understanding of web and print specifications and processes
- A collaborator and enjoy working through problems in a team setting
- Can take ideas and concepts and translate them into designs quickly, adjusting on the fly
- Excellent inter-personal communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage competing deadlines and priorities
Additional experience that make strong candidates:
- Experience working in graphic design in a B2B software company
- Wordpress experience and competency in designing creative assets for Wordpress and layout concepts
- Experience in InDesign content layout for white papers, case studies, solution briefs or similar documents
- Knowledge of website design concepts & ability to work with Web development agency during the design and development phases
- Experience in video editing and content production
- Experience in AI image generation
