Responsibilities:
- Lead our clients' creative team to breathe life into their brand, ensuring every campaign reflects their unique vision.
- Collaborate with external Creative Directors and agencies to push boundaries and deliver innovative marketing strategies.
- Liaise directly with the CEO and present to the board, engaging in critical discussions regarding strategy and change initiatives.
- Monitor and enhance creative performance across all platforms, constantly optimizing to maximize impact.
- Spearhead the development of captivating content across various channels, from digital media to in-store experiences.
- Oversee the entire production process, from concept to post-production, ensuring every detail aligns with our brand's essence.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure seamless integration of creative output with product visions.
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure creative excellence without compromise.
- Build and nurture a high-performing team, guiding them towards achieving exceptional results.
- Take ownership of team performance, fostering development, and providing necessary training.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline.
- Experience as a Studio Lead within a creative department or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of photography and production (pre & post).
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with 3+ more years in a management role.
