Role Overview:
The Creative Lead at our client’s company will be responsible for campaign ideation and execution of local area marketing that aligns with brand objectives and business goals. Working within the marketing team, the role involves effectively telling the brand story through various channels, elevating brand identity, and ensuring consistency and coherence across all touch points and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and lead creative campaign development, ensuring messaging communicates products and features uniquely and compellingly while staying true to the brand's tone of voice.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to incorporate relevant innovations into the creative approach.
- Manage all campaign ideation and execution, local area marketing, and implementing local initiatives based on the global strategy.
- Build out photography briefs, manage menu changes four times a year, and handle retouching on photography, ideally with expertise in digital motion.
- Supervise one direct report, a graphic designer based in the Philippines.
- Proven ability to connect business strategy with customer insights.
- Minimum of 5+ years in a similar role with a robust portfolio.
- Experience in both in-house and smaller agency settings is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and motion design.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to pitch and defend ideas confidently.
- Passionate about creativity, with a keen interest in various formats and storytelling.
