Yumplicity Food Group is looking for a Creative Lead, that is keen to enter the next stage in their career and hungry to get exposure to a wide range of creative marketing disciplines including photography, videography, product and packaging design as well as digital design.

ABOUT YOU

You will be an experienced Creative with exceptional Graphic design and creative direction skills, adept at both print and digital design, with a great portfolio showcasing your exceptional creative skills. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brands, driving creative excellence across all channels.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and execute the overall creative direction for our entire portfolio of brands ensuring that all creative aligns with our brand values and strategic objectives
• Direct & manage the creative of all new concepts & products including brand guidelines, packaging design and key touchpoints in our go-to-market strategies
• Conceptualise and oversee the production of content for our digital platforms including websites, social media, email marketing and online
• Efficiently manage resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Uphold brand guidelines rigorously, maintaining consistency and the highest level of quality across all touchpoints.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting creativity, open communication, and professional growth within the team.Help foster a culture of excellence and innovation
• Collaborate closely with the sales and events team to develop integrated marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness and resonate with our customers

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

• A great portfolio showcasing your exceptional creative skills
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• 5+ years’ experience in Graphic Design
• Industry knowledge within food retail brands, hospitality or foodservice is highly regarded
• Experience in Photography & Videography highly regarded
• Degree qualification in Communications, Graphic Design or related
