Bring your expertise in design, creative strategy, and leadership to inspire our team and deliver visually compelling solutions across various platforms.To thrive in this role, you excel at:Conceptualization and execution: Drive the creative process from concept to completion, translating briefs and marketing objectives into visually stunning and effective design solutions across multiple platforms (online and offline).Bringing brands to life: Work closely with the marketing team to understand their brand identity and translate it into cohesive and impactful design elements that resonate with their target audience.Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, content, and development stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design elements into various campaigns and projects.Quality Control: Set and maintain high standards for design output that align to the brand and produce best-in-class end results.Project Management: Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and the final product exceeds expectations.Required Qualifications and ClearancesBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.5+ years of experience in a design or creative roleWorking with children checkDriver licenseRight to work in Australia that is valid for at minimum two (2) yearsRequired Experience and Ideal SkillsHigh-level proficiency in developing creative concepts and materials from briefHigh-level proficiency with account and relationship managementHigh-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)High-level proficiency with print managementExperience in developing videos, motion graphics and animations (direct skills would be valued but not essential provided the candidate can outsource and manage end-to-end)Photography skills / in-house photoshoots and image editingPlease submit your resume via the "Apply Now" button which will direct you to our internal application site.Please note: Successful applicants will be expected to provide proof of work rights in Australia and must have a Blue card (WWCC) or the ability to apply for one.If you have any questions, please call us on 0436 817 773.Have a Bee-autiful day!
