The role:
- We’re looking for an ambitious creative thinker who loves coming up with ideas that tell consumers a story. Our work is all about storytelling and understanding the role of narratives in brand communication.
- You will be tasked with researching, and thinking and wondering and pondering on different topics and subjects. You'll be asked to find patterns, and spot inconsistencies in our client’s worlds.
- You'll be coming up with campaign ideas, and helping create brands from the ground up.
- You'll be writing. A lot. Writing copy for ads, social posts, eDMs, research reports, brand narratives.
- You'll be given access to clients pretty much straight away. You'll be considering the performance of campaigns.
- You'll be asked to be interesting and curious and smart and diligent. And nice. And collaborative. And bothered. You'll be paid to have an imagination.
- There's some admin to this role, but only while you're learning the ropes of agency life, and is only about 10% of it.
