The successful candidate will be an exceptional communicator who is experienced in presenting insights and ideas and participating in new business pitches. In addition to developing strategies, they will also be responsible for creating annual content plans, executing across multiple social channels, and evaluating activities through in-depth reporting.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop insight-driven strategies for Social Media activity.
- Create, manage and evaluate clients' Social Media activity.
- Ensure the content plan aligns with the strategic pillars & media plans.
- Copywriting across content posts and activity.
- Influencer engagement and negotiations including the management of influencer activity.
- Work with clients and media agencies to proactively identify opportunities for content in line with the strategy.
- Diligently manage content expenditure across social paid media and work closely with media agencies, providing expertise and recommendations in order to deliver to objectives.
- Develop content briefs, coordinate through studio, and ensure content is compliant and on brand.
- Plan, develop and manage (on a day-to-day basis) the organic and paid Social Media strategy across all social channels highlighted in the strategy.
- Use Social Media analytics to measure, analyse and report performance to ensure content optimisation and delivery on brand KPIs.
- Social media management experience.
- Act as primary relationship manager for clients, external partnerships and Social Media community management.
- Work with the creative team on influencer strategy and executions
- Ownership of the Social Media channels and all its communication funnels.
- Provide recommendations to the team to improve paid and organic social performance.
- Test and learn in other social channels to elevate the brand and its performance.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing Social Media via both paid and organic channels.
- Understanding of social reporting tools including Sprout.
- Proactively engage teams and individuals using a range of communication means.
- Understands and can anticipate and provide solutions to meet the needs of clients.
- Understands and seeks to improve a brand's competitive position.
- Strong drive to achieve results and exceed expectations.
- Able to evaluate and apply practical solutions to problems and challenges existing systems and processes.
