Your job duties will include:

• Maintain a good working knowledge of our Credit and Underwriting Policy and Procedures and identify exceptions to policy

• Complete a thorough, in-depth analysis of new facility requests (Credit Assessment Memo)

• Complete a thorough, in-depth analysis of amendment to existing facilities (e.g. limit increase, new debtors, price review)

• Monitor existing facilities as needed to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with Credit and Underwriting Policy

• Work with Management to anticipate, identify and collect documents needed for efficient, and timely approvals on new and existing facilities

• Ensure that all Credit Assessment Memo files are complete, identify any documentation deficiencies, and report to Manager as needed for timely resolution

• Operational Assistance: Perform daily operational processes including verification of new funding requests, preparation of banking transactions for approval and bank reconciliation
