About the Role
The Credit Analyst assesses loan viability and liaises with key stakeholders to ensure we deliver positive outcomes for customers. We are seeking a candidate who can provide exceptional customer service whilst following all operational protocols and credit procedures.
A typical day looks like:
- Assessing loan applications
- Conducting employment and rental references
- Liaising with brokers and customers
- Assessing credit files and bank statements
- Calculating and verifying income and expenses
- Generating and reviewing contracts
- Following up on all current applications
- Making responsible credit decisions
What would make you the perfect fit
- You are keen to apply your knowledge from your experience in fast paced customer service environments such as retail, leisure, tourism or hospitality
- Your communication skills mean that you develop trusting relationships quickly and can communicate to a wide variety of audiences
- You are a natural at supporting and helping others, and genuinely enjoy doing so
- Your attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment is what you are known for
- You have a genuine desire to help others and have a natural talent to problem-solve
- You are analytical in nature and exercise sound judgement
- You are comfortable learning new systems and ways of working
- You have a can-do attitude and keen to make the customer experience the best it can be
