What will you be doing?
- Research, structure, lodge, and manage finance applications through to settlement.
- Evaluate clients’ financial position, borrowing capacity and servicing.
- Lender and policy analysis and negotiations to meet client outcomes.
- Interpret complex financial documents for self-employed and entity structure clients and determine loan structures to achieve client outcomes.
- Finance application compilation – work in conjunction with clients and the loan administration team to complete living expenses analysis, supporting document collation, application preparation and lodgement.
- Work closely managing the offshore team.
- Liaise with clients throughout the loan application process on behalf of the broker.
- Liaise with lenders and their business development managers throughout the application process where required,
About you:
- Minimum 2 years mortgage broking / loan processing experience.
- Experience with complex finance calculations, document/application preparation and a knowledge of credit.
- Understanding of how to read financial documents and consider appropriate structuring options will be highly regarded.
