Credit Specialist / Dispute Resolution Officer

A unique opportunity is now available for a Credit professional to join this market leading and established organisation based in Bentleigh East.
Your key responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Account Managers and Finance Manager to manage major accounts
• Investigate, action and rectify Dispute Resolution
• Liaise with customers to ensure all disputes are resolved in a timely manner
• Collection enquiries
• Face to face meet with some major accounts to oversee accounts and rectify any enquiries
• Excel – reporting / run dispute register
• Strong Customer Service

You will have:

• Proven track record working within a similar based Credit role with a focus on dispute management and resolution
• Strong Customer Service
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong skills in Excel
• A positive attitude and ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
