Your key responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Account Managers and Finance Manager to manage major accounts
- Investigate, action and rectify Dispute Resolution
- Liaise with customers to ensure all disputes are resolved in a timely manner
- Collection enquiries
- Face to face meet with some major accounts to oversee accounts and rectify any enquiries
- Excel – reporting / run dispute register
- Strong Customer Service
You will have:
- Proven track record working within a similar based Credit role with a focus on dispute management and resolution
- Strong Customer Service
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong skills in Excel
- A positive attitude and ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
