The purpose of this role is the empower and develop the team members through effective leadership while ensuring the customers receive exceptional service. You will monitor the performance and productivity of your team and drive improvements in employee engagement through proactive action plans. You will interact with both internal and external stakeholders including their debt collection agencies panel. You will be involved in the performance management of the Credit Officers and deliver accurate reporting on your team.

• Three year’s experience (minimum) in a leadership role within credit management and debt collection
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Strong understanding of credit management principles and practices
• A resilient and driven mindset
• Ability to both develop and execute change management strategy
• Excellent communication and strong stakeholder management
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to understand data
