About the role:
- Process customer returns
- Assess warranty claims from customers
- Prepare warranty claims for suppliers
- Arrange Product repairs
- Liaise with customer re: returns/repairs
To be successful for the role, you will need to have:
- Proven experience in warranty claims and processing
- Exceptional organisational abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Computer and administration skills
- Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
