Swyftx is currently looking an experienced CRM and Customer Lifecycle Specialist to support our Customer Lifecycle Manager in enhancing customer communications and making a lasting impact on conversion rates, engagement levels and our overall customer experience.   

This is an exciting time to join the team as Swyftx will be going through a rebrand over the coming months and you’ll be involved in reimagining and designing the ways in which we connect with and delight our customers.  

Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include:
    • Collaborating with the Customer Lifecycle Manager to design, test, and execute engaging email, push, and in-app campaigns that align with marketing goals and resonate with each customer segment. 
    • Analyse customer behaviours throughout their journey, extracting actionable data to personalise campaigns and ensure every touchpoint delivers value. 
    • Partner with Design and Marketing teams to align messaging and content in targeted campaigns with overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines. 
    • Building Customer Lifecycle automations to enhance customer engagement and retention and analysing their effectiveness to maintain value.  
    • Conduct A/B Testing to continually optimise and improve effectiveness of our campaigns. 
To be successful you will:
    • Possess proven experience in direct marketing or CRM, within a fast-pacedand agile environment. 
    • Demonstrate experience managing campaigns through marketing automation platforms (Braze is a bonus, but not essential) andanother nice to have isexperience using Mixpanel, Liquid and Connected Content.  
    • Have a genuine passion for understanding the customer journey and how automated communications can enhance every step. 
    • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace change, navigate ambiguity, and consistently deliver high-quality work. 
    • Approach challenges with creative solutions and critical thinking, while maintaining a meticulous eye for detail.
