An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Project Co-ordinator. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our organisation in the delivery of projects.
We seek an outstanding candidate who has project co-ordination knowledge with possible experience in signage; manufacturing; installation and; building related industries.
The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage positive relationships with staff, clients, suppliers and technicians. Working within the projects team, you will assist in delivering projects by co-ordinating contractors, suppliers, installers and tasks. The applicant should have experience in organising multiple projects simultaneously.
Key attributes required for this role include:
- Ability to prioritise work in accordance with project deadlines
- Good level of computer literacy including Excel and CRM based apps
- High degree of accuracy
- A problem solver and resourceful in seeking solutions to challenging situations
- Well organised, fast moving practical team player
- Excellent communicator
