About the Role: HOBAN is excited to announce a new permanent position for a Tree Maintenance Programmer with a leading local council. Situated West of the city this role is crucial for supporting and managing the growing number of community requests regarding Tree Maintenance on council property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage Tree Maintenance work orders.
- Respond to community requests and issues related to council trees.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (operations support, field leaders, workgroup leaders, customer experience team) and external stakeholders (customers, vendors).
- Self-manage to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Essential Requirements:
- Education/Licences:
- Class C driver's licence
- Experience:
- Project scheduling experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to produce high-quality work independently
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
- Customer Success Management training (or similar)
- Experience in federal, state, or local government
- Knowledge of arboriculture or Tree Maintenance practices
- Familiarity with asset management systems (T1/CiAnywhere) and O365
- First Aid Certificate
