About the Role:
CarPlace has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced CRM and Digital Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the subject matter expert for HubSpot, supporting our contact centre and sales teams. Your primary focus will be to optimise customer journeys, enhance user experiences, and roll out new CRM functionalities to streamline the lead-to-sale process. This is a crucial role in our transition to a digital-first sales model, ensuring seamless HubSpot support and effective user experience design.
To be successful in the role you will need:
- Provide technical and process-related support to contact centre staff
- Lead initiatives to improve HubSpot Processes
- Develop and implement strategies for transitioning to a digital-first customer sales model
- Employ design research techniques to uncover customer needs and pain points
- Collaborate with teams to ensure a cohesive and streamlined transition process
About You:

- Batchelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Information Technology or related field

- Knowledge of Web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience in HubSpot highly regarded
- Full drivers license
