*Your Role:*

Are you a tech-savvy, self-starter with experience and passion for building highly engaging digital experiences? Do you have a passion for marketing, design and content creation? 

As a Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital strategies across our social platforms, excluding Facebook ads (handled by an external contractor). Your creativity and technical skills will help us build highly engaging digital experiences.

Key responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy and Creation and Graphic Design

• Develop and execute content strategies that align with marketing goals and brand positioning. Instagram primarily but also other channels, tik tok, LinkedIn etc. 
• Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos (filming and photography), and written posts, managing all aspects of content creation and graphic design to produce top-tier digital materials for the company’s marketing materials and content.
• Monitoring all Social Media content, creating content and management, create editorial calendars and schedules, online presence management and determine what content will reach customers better
• Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Stay updated on Digital Marketing trends and incorporate innovative approaches into content creation.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to take on additional copywriting duties as needed.
• Embrace a proactive approach to learning new tools and platforms. 

2. Website Content Development:

• Create and optimize website content, including blogs, product descriptions, and other product-related materials.
• Ensure that web content is SEO-friendly, engaging, and aligns with the overall brand voice and messaging.
• Enhance user experience through compelling and informative website content. 

*Skills & Experience To be successful in the role you will have*

• Proven experience: 
  • 5+ years as a Copywriter focusing on Digital Marketing or 5+experience on a similar role
  • Proven track record of creating engaging content that drives brand awareness and engagement
  • In-depth understanding of Meta, TikTok, Linkedin, Youtube - content for those platforms Solid experience in Social Media management and content creation
• Educational Background: 
  • Degree qualified in Marketing/Graphic Design is desirable.
• Industry Knowledge: 
  • Experience in the health, wellness, and fitness industry is preferred but not essential.
• Portfolio: 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful copywriting, design for Social Media platforms and web content. 
  • A strong understanding of Social Media platforms, algorithms and best practices - 
• Technical Skills:
  • Microsoft Office
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Copywriting skills
  • Video Editing
  • Social media content development & management
  • Website content management
  • SEO, content marketing strategies and familiarity with analytics tools and SEO best practices
  • Email marketing

• Soft Skills:
