Responsibilities:
Operational:
- Support field communication through our mobility platform, addressing inquiries and resolving issues for our field teams.
- Manage territory queries for the sales team, troubleshoot field operations, and ensure application reliability.
- Assist in the development of business applications, contribute to technical projects, and ensure accuracy in Salesforce analytics.
Administration and Reporting:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance standard reports in collaboration with the Sales Manager to streamline reporting processes.
- Extract and provide sales insights from internal systems, promptly handle ad hoc requests, and contribute to system maintenance.
Team Collaboration:
- Analyze work practices of internal and external stakeholders to customize Salesforce solutions.
- Cultivate effective working relationships, provide support to team members, and foster a collaborative team culture.
- Pursue ongoing education for skill development and maintain strong client relations through timely and relevant information delivery.
About You:
As the ideal candidate, you will possess the following attributes:
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Preferably, experience with Salesforce.
- Demonstrated personal presentation and integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, such as IT, is desirable.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word applications.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Outstanding time management and organizational abilities.
Salary: $85K+Super
