Your new role
As the Business Analyst, you will be working on a CRM replacement project. They are currently using Creatio and they are looking to replace it as it is outdated. You will be working with 5-6 business units (sales/marketing/finance/tech/ops) to understand what their needs are and to come up with a solution that will align with their requirements. Your goal is to provide a list of CRM’s that will work for the business and map it out.
- Engage senior stakeholders, vendors, and subject matter experts to understand user needs
- Execute various aspects of the data migration testing process, including research, analysis, planning, design, test creation, test execution, and defect management
- Coordinate, facilitate, and deliver workshops and interviews to support success and key deliverables of the CRM Project, in alignment with business objectives
- Provide guidance and advice on what solutions will best fit business needs
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst preferably working on CRM replacement projects
- Be part of an exciting new project where you’ll be leading
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in the use of JIRA, Confluence, Miro and Visio.
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
