Contract opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to be part of a large program in Financial Services

You will work for a large Financial Services organisation based in Sydney.
Your new role
This role sits within a large project aiming to automate their marketing system. You will be working with group customer and strategy executives and their teams to automate marketing from an enterprise perspective.
They're looking for candidates with experience in requirements elicitation, story mapping, business process modelling, use cases modelling, non-functional requirement analysis, features and decomposition into epics and user stories.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within Financial Services
- Enterprise CRM experience with MarTech (ideal) or strong background in Salesforce or enterprise CRM's
- Demonstrable experience eliciting enterprise-wide business requirements (incl. data and use cases) and supporting solution selection and testing
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
