About the Job
- Provide exceptional assistance to the Chief Risk Officer and their Leadership team ensuring efficient office operations, email, and diary management.
- Complex presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and graphs; transcribeing information of a technical, confidential and or sensitive nature.
- Screen mail and callers, respond to and route inquiries to appropriate as necessary; determine importance and priority of various issues and determine what major issues should be brought to the attention of the Chief Risk Officer.
- Research, compile, summarise, and analyse information to respond to various inquiries from internal and external sources.
- Work in conjunction with the Risk and Governance Leadership team to ensure the smooth running of the function.
- Manage the organisation of critical Risk and Governance Forums and meetings including scheduling and invitations, booking rooms, setting up agendas, minute taking, organising catering and distribution of meeting documentation and minutes.
- Circulation of reminders of outstanding action items, project reports and documentatio
- Maintain all team documentation and information
- Assist the Chief Risk Officer in preparation and submission of reports and presentations to Rest Committees and Board
- Complete expense reporting and track budget expenditures for the team.
About You:
- Experience providing executive support services at a senior level
- Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, prioritise and organise
- Self-motivated, responsible, trustworthy, and committed
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High degree of confidentiality and interpersonal sensitivity
- Proven experience with both internal and external stakeholder management at all business levels
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage competing demands under pressure
- Commercial awareness
